Our company has been servicing Sedona, VOC and The Verde Valley since 2014 as JT Home Watch. In 2026, we purchased the business from Joe Tieltz, and we continue to provide attentive home watch, property concierge, and handyman services for homeowners.

Our team includes technicians residing in The Verde Valley, Flagstaff, and The Quad Cities.

For the last 11 years our owner Brandon has served Sedona and The Verde Valley as the Manager of Trades and Construction for Yavapai College. His involvement in the community makes it easy for him to find the best local connections for any kind of repair or maintenance that he cannot do himself, should the need arise.

With over 20 years of construction experience, he has built homes from the ground up, managed commercial construction projects and renovated more homes than he can count. He is instinctively alert to anything that might go wrong on your property while you are away.

Copper Sky Home Services is licensed, bonded, and insured, and a member of the National Home Watch Association, giving you added confidence that your home is being cared for by a professional you can trust.
